I had an excellent experience at this location of Les Schwab. Cotton helped me by checking my tires after I discovered one of my tires looked rather low. I was helped right away and Cotton checked all of the tires and said I likely had a puncture on the low tire. Since they were closing soon he offered me the option of leaving my car overnight so they could get to it right away in the morning. This was a perfect solution for me. They patched my tire and it was ready to go before 11 am. I will always get my tires from LS. Thank you!

I was traveling from Wenatchee to Redmond and then to Newburg to visit my Son's on a short vacation, and then headed up to Seattle to pick up my wife from the airport who was returning from a medical procedure, when my rear tire started to come off, 5 bolts were sheared and one was left holding the tire on, barely. Fortunately I was able to get it towed to Les Schwab, unfortunately it was a Friday afternoon and they were fully booked. Thinking that I would have to find a hotel and wait till the next day to get it fixed, I was beyond thankful when Jeffrey was able to get it taken care of and get me on the road again. He truly went out of his way and made it happen. I can't recommend Les Schwab and Jeffrey enough.

These guys saved my rear end. I love Schwab! Might be pricy for a few things but the service and care you receive is wroth every penny. Had a nasty tire that gave out on me. Pulled up at noon. They were slammed busy, they still got me in and out by 2. I wouldve waited all day and wouldve been okay with it. I can not explain the level of professionalism and kindness from this location.

I was very impressed with the customer service from start to finish , as I got new A/T tires on my 4 runner!

I visited the Portland Les Schwab location on December 22, 2025 for tire service. During the service, my spare tire was discarded without my consent, and a mismatched black wheel and tire was installed that does not match my other aluminum wheels, creating a mechanically unsafe condition. The next day, I noticed that one of the rear tires was leaking and reported it immediately, but no action was taken for over a month. While driving in Tigard, Oregon on January 11, 2026, the rear tire blew out, leaving me stranded overnight. My vehicle had to be towed for emergency service. Upon review, I also discovered that the tire installed by Les Schwab contained a pre-existing screw, demonstrating negligence and unsafe practices. Despite repeated attempts to resolve this issue with management, no corrective action or explanation has been provided. I do not feel my vehicle was handled professionally or safely and cannot recommend this location.
